Information
Skanstulls Boutique Hostel is an oasis in Stockholm’s coolest neighborhood, with a cheerful and positive environment. To make your visit as pleasant as possible, we have here some informations and guidelines for our guests.
BOOKING
Your reservation is binding when you received a written confirmation. Your booking is confirmed and binding once you receive our written confirmation. All prices are including VAT.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made no later than 6pm two days before arrival. Late cancellation and no-shows will be charged 100%.
CHECK-IN
Check-in hours are between 1.30 pm and
4 pm.
If you arrive earlier, it is possible to leave your bags in our luggage storage, bur not overnight.
NOTE! For late arrivals, after 4:00 PM, use the code you received by email from us.
CHECK-OUT
Check out 9 am – 11 am.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a guest you are responsible for your belongings and for the damages made by you or your guests. Skanstulls Hostel is only responsible for damage caused by our staff.
SHEETS & TOWELS
Bedlinnen and towels included.
NOTE! No sleeping bags allowed.
CLEANING
You are responsible for washing dishes and tidying up after yourself. We clean the premises during the day between the hours of 11 am to 2 pm.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the hostel.
NO SMOKING
If violating the smoking ban, the hostel has the right to charge additional costs for laundry etcetera. The premises are under camera surveillance around the clock.
PARKING
Parking is on the street outside the hostel,
at a cost of 20 SEK/hour weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm.
Saturday 11 am to 5 pm 15 SEK/hour.
Sunday no fee
Skanstulls Hostel is located in an area close to bars, pubs and nightlife. If you are visiting Stockholm with intention to go to conserts or shows at Stockholm Globe Arena, Avicii Arena or at Fryshuset, there are close enought for a walk or one can take both subway or buses for smooth communications.
